Decent value for home workouts

I was looking for something affordable to stay active at home and grabbed the Core Workout Attachments during a sale. The price was good, especially with the bundle discount I found. It felt like a solid deal compared to buying individual pieces. Shipping took about a week. The attachments themselves work well with my existing bands, adding some variety to my routine. For the price I paid, I feel like I got good value for what it does. Definitely worth it if you can catch a deal.

Good workout, easy to use

I grabbed the heavy duty resistance set a bit ago. It's pretty cool for getting a workout in without leaving the house. The bands are good quality and I can feel the resistance. I just use them a few times a week, nothing crazy. Setup was simple enough, just hooked them to the door or stood on them. Feels pretty sturdy. Made my home workouts much better. No complaints from me, it does what it says.

Mostly good, one small issue

I bought the main Entire Gym portable system. The shipping was fairly quick, got it in about five days. The quality of the components, especially the bands and handles, seems quite high. It's very convenient for home workouts, and I appreciate not having bulky equipment around. My only minor gripe is the workout guide included; it felt a little basic for someone like me who is newer to resistance training. More detailed exercise explanations or a link to video tutorials would have been helpful to really maximize its use from day one. Otherwise, it's a solid investment for fitness at home, offering good value.

Solid kit, good customer service

I ordered the Full Body Resistance Kit after seeing some reviews online. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in Ohio, which was within the estimated window. When it arrived, one of the ankle straps had a minor stitching flaw. I contacted their support, sent a photo, and they responded pretty quickly, maybe within a day. They sent a replacement strap, which arrived about a week later. The quality of the bands and the collapsible bar feels really durable for what it is. I've been using it for a few weeks now for my daily workouts, and it's held up well. It's definitely portable, fits nicely in the carrying case, and is easy to set up for different exercises. Overall, a good experience, and I appreciate them sorting out the small issue without a fuss.

So happy with my purchase!

I just got the Home Strength Training Bundle and I'm absolutely loving it! It's super easy to set up and I've already done so many different exercises. I can finally get a real workout in my tiny apartment without needing huge weights. The bands feel really strong and the door anchor is solid. This is exactly what I needed to stay active. I can't believe how versatile it is! I'm definitely going to use this all the time. I'm already thinking about getting some of their replacement bands for variety later. So glad I found this!

How's their return policy? What if I try it and it's not for me?

R Ryan Roberts 1 week ago
I returned an extra set of bands once and it was pretty straightforward. Just filled out a form on their site and got a shipping label. Refund came through fine.

Yeah, returns are usually okay within a certain window, like 30 days or something. Just make sure you keep all the original packaging just in case.

I'm trying to decide between The Entire Gym and a TRX system. Anyone have experience with both and can tell me which they liked better for home workouts?

P Patricia 6 days ago
TRX is great but The Entire Gym feels more versatile if you want to mimic lifting weights without a huge setup. The bar and door anchor give you a lot more options than just suspension training.

I have The Entire Gym and my friend has a TRX. For pure resistance, I think The Entire Gym is better because you can adjust the bands and really stack on the 'weight'. TRX is good for bodyweight stuff though.

Is The Entire Gym portable enough to actually take on a trip, like flying?

E Emma R. 1 week ago
Yeah, totally. I throw mine in my carry-on bag whenever I travel. It hardly takes up any space, especially if you just take the essentials.

It's super compact. The bar breaks down, and the bands roll up small. You can definitely pack it without an issue.

Can you actually build muscle with this thing, or is it just for toning?

L Laura Moore 4 weeks ago
Definitely can build muscle. It's all about progressive overload, just like with weights. Get the heavier bands and push yourself.

R Ryan Gomez 3 weeks ago
I've put on some noticeable muscle, especially in my arms and back, since I started using it consistently. You gotta make sure you're challenging yourself.

Thinking of getting the all-in-one system. Is there usually a discount code floating around, or should I wait for a sale?

J James Nelson 1 month ago
There's almost always a code for like 10-15% off if you sign up for their newsletter. Sometimes influencers have specific codes too.
2
L Lisa Flores 1 month ago
Black Friday or Cyber Monday is probably when you'll see the biggest savings, like 20% or more, especially on the bundles. But a newsletter sign-up code is easy to grab anytime.

Does The Entire Gym ever do student discounts? Trying to save some cash.

A Alex Gomez 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I used one! I think you just have to verify your student status during checkout or through a link they provide. It's usually a percentage off.

J Jennifer 2 weeks ago
Check their site, I'm pretty sure they have one. Or sometimes you can find a general 10-15% code anyway if you sign up for their emails.

Thinking of getting the full body resistance kit. How long does shipping usually take to California?

B Brittany Roberts 1 week ago
Mine got to LA in about a week and a half, maybe 8 business days? It wasn't super fast but not bad.

B Brian T. 6 days ago
yeah, I ordered a travel kit to San Diego and it took like 7 days. Pretty standard for ground shipping.

Are their resistance bands actually durable? I've had so many snap on me from other brands.

J James Thompson 2 weeks ago
I've had mine for almost a year and they're still going strong. No signs of tearing or anything. Pretty solid quality.

The heavy duty set feels really good, much thicker than what you get with cheap stuff. I haven't had any issues with mine yet.
